Put a Cork in It! – Part Three: Christmas in July

by Nannette Eaton on July 14, 2010

Wine Harlots drink a lot of wine, and have a dilemma.  Not about the wine consumption, but what to do with all the cork closures.  Join us while we find uses for the leftover corks.

No holiday is complete for the self-respecting wino without a deluge of wine, here’s a great way to repurpose those corks.  Wine Harlots love the cork wreath, especially since you won’t have to clean up pine needles for weeks after you place this on your door.

The wreath pictured is from Sterling Wine and the prices range from $75-105 USD.  If you’re crafty, and want to channel your inner-Martha Stewart, grab your glue-gun and amble over to  Fabulous Living, where you’ll get step-by-step instructions to make your own.
