“Oh God, how depressing! You’re meant to think I’m an international woman of mystery. I’m working on it like mad.” — Sally Bowles

“Does it really matter so long as you’re having fun?” — Sally Bowles

Sally Bowles is an iconic character created by Christopher Isherwood in 1937 in the Sally Bowles novella published in The Berlin Stories and immortalized by the divine Liza Minnelli in the 1972 movie Cabaret for which she won the Academy Award for the Best Actress.
