Grapefruit Margarita

As the days grow shorter, the nights darker and the air takes on a winter chill, you long for the bright days of summer. In the Wine Harlots book, nothing is sunnier than grapefruit. The grapefruit season starts in October in Texas and Florida, in California it begins in January and runs through June. You may think of grapefruit as breakfast food, but Mason Shaker has the right idea with a twist on the classic margarita.
