There was a split decision on the bottle art. The writing Wine Harlot thought it was garish and loud. The drinking Wine Harlot totally grooved on it, and thought it was a striking post-pop-art label. Taste is a matter of opinion. But we were united on our opinion of the contents of the bottle. Two stems-up from the Wine Harlots! It’s a delicious sparkler, a light straw color with a pineapple and crisp acidity. The perfect pairing for this would be a Seafood Paella.
