There are many perks about wine writing. Voluminous amounts of wine samples, winemaker dinners, trade tastings, wine junkets (with each wine region showing off their winemaking and culinary skills to the max.)
The downside? See above. Drinking your meals takes a toll, my friend. With all vast amounts of wine and food wine writers are compelled to consume in the name of journalistic duty (yes, it is a hard job, but I take my responsibility to you, dear reader, very seriously) there tends to be a perpetual issue about weight gain. This is hilarious! I love this guy, he’s great. I think this has motivated me…I knew something was missing from my workouts. I think we’re going to do a response video with the Socal wine exercise workout. Too funny
