Not tired of winter yet down here in little old Noo Zeealnd but it is fast approaching and I am sure I will be (tired of it that is) in the not too distant future.
In the meanwhile I anticipate tucking into some reds to see how they have turned out. Always an exciting time.

We’re heading into spring in the Northern Hemisphere, so longer days and sunny weather is in the forecast — I live in San Diego, so it’s always nice, but the folks on the East Coast are ready for summer. Enjoy the red.

All the best,

I’m so over winter! It looked like we were in the clear in the Rockies and then we just got hit with another snow storm yesterday. Torrontes is one of my up and coming whites, I love the fuller bodied versions (like Crios) with the signature honeysuckle flavor. Never thought to try it with potstickers, that may be a weekend project.

Happy Wine Wednesday!
